July 31, 2008: Fall Art Hop sponsored by Georgetown Art Works, a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting the arts in the City of Georgetown Texas. The Fall Art Hop, is a juried art show and stroll, to be held October 3-31, 2008 in the historic district of Georgetown, Texas. Original works in painting, collage and photography accepted. August 18, 2008: Our Environment; the Good, Bad, and the Ugly sponsored by the Center for Fine Art Photography, Fort Collins, Colorado. Our Environment; the Good, Bad and the Ugly, will tell a story of the human foot print left on this earth. This exhibition is for those who consider themselves nature conservationists and just photographers with a conscience.

August 21, 2008: Emerging Photographers sponsored by the New Orleans Darkroom, and juried by Herman Leonard. The purpose of this show is to provide exposure to five outstanding young photographers with an exhibition and the promotion of their work in the online gallery. Submissions should consist of a coherent body of work "portfolio" of five images. The show will consist of five selected portfolios for a total of twenty-five images. Online submissions.
